The building that houses Kropp’s Supper Club dates back to 1904. Located in the historic Mill Center community just west of Green Bay, the tavern and restaurant served as a stopover for travelers going through town in horse drawn carriages. In 1947, the Kropp’s purchased the landmark building and have operated it as a supper club ever since. Kropp’s Supper Club serves traditional American fare including steaks, seafood, chicken and a variety of sandwiches. Get there early for their Friday fish fry, because it fills up quickly. Kropp’s offers perch, walleye, cod, shrimp, scallops or frog legs, all served with coleslaw or salad, choice of potato and rye bread. While you’re waiting for a table, you can order an old-fashioned at the bar. You should get it with olives, because that’s the traditional Wisconsin way.
